For what purpose do we process your personal data?

In vitiDron SLU collect and process your personal information in general to manage the relationship we have with you, being the main purposes that we have identified the following:

  • Management and contracting of precision viticulture products and services offered by our company.

  • To channel requests for information, suggestions and complaints that you may send us.

  • To keep you informed about events, offers, products and services that may be of interest to you through different communication channels, as long as you have given your consent.

  • Management of the employment relationship, in the case of our employees.

  • Management of the commercial relationship with our suppliers.

  • Personnel selection management.

How do we collect your information?

We collect your personal information through different means, but you will always be informed at the time of collection through informative clauses about the data controller, the purpose and legal basis of the processing, the recipients of the data and the period of conservation of your information.

In general, the personal information that we process is limited to identifying data (name and surname, date of birth, address, ID, telephone and email), contracted services and payment and billing information.

Data captured during operations with UAS (Drones)

In the development of our precision viticulture services, we capture aerial and spectral images. vitiDron SLU applies data minimization principles:

  1. Our flights are planned to capture exclusively agronomic data of the terrain and crops (vegetation indices, vigor maps, etc.).

  2. We deliberately avoid recording people, vehicles or private areas outside the object of the service.

  3. If personal data (faces or license plates) are accidentally captured in the images, vitiDron will anonymize or pixelate them before delivering the final report to the client or processing them, ensuring that it is not possible to identify individuals.

Responsibility of the user

By providing us with their data through electronic channels, the user guarantees that they are over 14 years of age and that the data provided to vitiDron SLU are true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. For these purposes, the user confirms that he is responsible for the veracity of the data communicated and that he will keep this information suitably updated so that it responds to his real situation, being responsible for false and inaccurate data that he may provide, as well as for damages and direct or indirect damages that may arise.

How long do we keep your information?

At vitiDron SLU we only keep your information for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, comply with the legal obligations that are imposed on us and attend to the possible responsibilities that may arise from the fulfillment of the purpose for which it was collected. the data was collected.

  • Candidates: In the case of applying for a job position, the data will be kept for the duration of the selective process and for a maximum of 24 months.

  • Potential customers: If we have collected your data to inform you about services, it will be kept for a maximum of 36 months if no contractual relationship is formalized, or until you request us to delete it.

  • Customers: We will keep your personal information as long as there is a contractual relationship and, subsequently, blocked during the legal deadlines to meet possible liabilities.

Who do we communicate your data to?

In general, in vitiDron SLU we do not share your personal information with third parties, except for those assignments that we must make based on imposed legal obligations (Tax Administration, Banks, etc.).

However, in order to provide you with the requested service, we share what is strictly necessary with technology service providers and operational partners necessary for the execution of the service (e.g. data processing platforms, external operators, management software or cloud services) who act as Data Processors. These providers are contractually obliged to use the data exclusively to provide us with technical or operational support under our security and confidentiality instructions, without being able to use them for their own purposes.

International data transfers

We have agreed with our suppliers that, for the provision of the contracted service, they will make preferential use of servers located in the European Economic Area (EEA).

If for any specific service we need to make use of suppliers or servers located outside the EU territory, we will ensure that such transfers are carried out under the framework of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission or under the Data Privacy Framework in force, thus guaranteeing an adequate level of protection for your data.

Contact Data Processing (Web and Email)

The data you provide through the contact form or by sending emails to our corporate addresses will be processed by vitiDron SLU for the sole purpose of answering your query, manage the business relationship, prepare a quote or send you the requested information.

  • Legal basis: The consent you give us by ticking the acceptance box or by proactively sending us an email, as well as legitimate interest or the execution of pre-contractual measures.

  • Retention: The data will be kept for the time necessary to manage your request and, if you do not finally become a customer, it will be deleted after a reasonable period of time (maximum 12 months) to clean our database.

  • Recipients: No data will be transferred to third parties unless legally required or strictly necessary IT service providers (hosting/email).

What are your rights in relation to the processing of your data and how can you exercise them?

Data protection regulations allow you to exercise your rights of:

  • Access, rectification and suppression.

  • Data portability.

  • Opposition and limitation to its treatment.

  • Not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.

You can exercise these rights free of charge by sending an email to info@vitidron.es indicating in the subject “Exercise of LOPD Rights” and attaching a copy of your ID card or equivalent document to prove your identity.

If you consider that you have not obtained full satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid).

How do we protect your information?

In vitiDron SLU use measures, controls and procedures of physical, organizational and technological, reasonably reliable and effective, aimed at preserving the integrity and security of your data and ensure their privacy.

In the case of the contracts we sign with our suppliers, we include clauses in which they are required to maintain the duty of secrecy with respect to personal data, as well as to implement the necessary technical security measures.

While absolute security does not exist, in the event of a security breach that compromises your personal data, we will take appropriate steps to investigate the incident and notify the Control Authority and those affected as appropriate.
